At Christine’s Mikate, we’re proud to serve fresh, handmade African doughnuts at our pop-up locations. Each batch is made using organic, locally sourced ingredients to deliver the best flavour and quality. Our mikate is best enjoyed fresh on the day of purchase for the softest texture and fullest taste. While they can be stored and lightly reheated, we always recommend enjoying them warm and fresh for the best experience.

As our products are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase is completed. If there is an issue with your order, please speak to a team member at the pop-up or contact us within 24 hours—we’re happy to help where possible.

Allergy Disclaimer

Please note that all our products are fried fresh onsite in our kitchens, which handle ingredients used to make all our products. While we do have processes in place to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we have small kitchens and do not have segregated production lines, so cross-contamination of ingredients is possible. Our kitchen handles all the main allergens of dairy, nuts, peanuts, gluten (wheat), egg, sesame, sulphites and soya. If you have a serious allergy to any of these allergens, or one which could cause you to have a major allergic reaction, sadly the only way for you to be 100% safe is not to consume any of our products.
